I have an Aspire v5 that originally had Windows 8 and I upgraded to Windows 10. Now I can't add a new user, admin or standard, as I get an error "the user service service failed at sign in". During a chat with Microsoft they said, after trying a few things, that I needed to restore to 8 and upgrade again. However the Acer Recovery apparently isn't compatible with Windows 10 and doesn't run 
So, I am hoping someone can tell me how to do a restore via the command line in safe mode... I know how to get there I just don't know that to run.
