Aspire V15 Touchpad doesn't work

Hello,

I bought a V5-591G-70S6 about 6 months ago and i have touchpad problem about 5 months.

So, the touchpad itself and its buttons don't work completely.

I am not sure but maybe this problem happend after updated the Chipset Driver to version 10.1.1.13.

Also i have a critical update which i couldn't install: "Update Firmware v1.17 to improve touchpad performance".

 it's notable that I can't even find my touchpad in the Device Manager.
