Hi,
after few months with Windows 10 upgrade laptop became peculiar (office 2013 stopped working and reinstallation was impossible) and I had to refresh it. Accidentally I refershed it using windows 10 and not the ACER recovery management tool.
Now the laptop has windows 10 refershed but all acer tools including recovery management are missing. How to get recovery management back and doing the recovery media (before it was rejecting a 16GB USB) ?
