Microsoft Answer Tech wrecked my VN7-792G 17.3 by "clean booting" it. How can I recover it?

After the clean boot, the VN7-792G can't boot up without exception errors and won't recognise the network adapter so, no online capability remains. The laptop is less than 2 weeks old. I am furious with Microsoft and even more so with myself for trusting them but, I thought it was related to Windows 10 and if it isn't reasonable to expect microsoft to know how to fix the O/S then who are you meant to call? I need your help and advice please as suppliers of the hardware/software under warranty. Many thanks in anticipation of your reply.
